Brother Cleve spent over half of his life traveling around the globe, playing keyboards and spinning records. During that time he became fascinated by the local spirits of every country he visited, and began collecting books about Cocktails, Spirits, and their histories. He currently is Beverage Director at Paris Crêperie in Boston, MA, and lectures on cocktails and their histories at events across the U.S. and beyond
